Day 1
Arrive in Delhi in the morning and board the flight to Kochi. Upon arrival in Kochi, you will be transferred to the hotel.

Day 2 to 5 or 7
Harmonise your BODY, MIND & SOUL with Foundation wellness or comprehensive programs.

Day 6 or 8
Morning transfer to the Kochi airport to board the flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, board the flight back home.
