Nepal The Himalayan Kingdom

Nepal is a land of sublime beauty, set against the world’s highest mountain range and often called the “last paradise on earth.” Small yet deeply evocative, it offers ancient spiritual traditions, striking landscapes and a vibrant culture reflected in its temples, monasteries and town centres. From Tibetan Buddhist heritage to serene mountain valleys, Nepal provides a rare sense of calm and discovery.

Day 1 Kathmandu
Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport. As your flight descends, look out for views of the Himalayas. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 Kathmandu
After breakfast, drive to the medieval Newari city of Bhaktapur, known as the “City of Devotees.” Visit Durbar Square, home to a remarkable collection of temples and pagodas showcasing traditional Nepalese architecture.

Later, visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of Asia’s largest stupa, followed by Pashupatinath Temple, one of the oldest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Day 3 Kathmandu to Pokhara
After breakfast, transfer for your flight to Pokhara. Set amid snow-fed lakes and rivers, Pokhara is one of Nepal’s most picturesque regions.

Enjoy a boat ride on Phewa Lake and spend the afternoon admiring reflections of Mount Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna range.

Day 4 Pokhara
Early morning visit to Sarangkot for sunrise views over Pokhara city and Phewa Lake.

After breakfast, explore the city, including Devi’s Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and views of the Seti River Gorge from KI Singh Bridge. Visit the Old Bazaar and the International Mountain Museum.

Day 5 Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, fly back to Kathmandu. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, including the temple of the Living Goddess. Continue to Swayambhunath Stupa, believed to be over 2,000 years old.

In the evening, enjoy a rickshaw ride through Thamel, discovering the city’s lively streets and local life.

Day 6 Departure
After breakfast, enjoy time at leisure before transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
