Central India

Central India offers some of the country’s most organised and rewarding wildlife experiences, supported by excellent lodges and highly skilled naturalists. This journey explores two of the region’s most renowned national parks, Pench and Tadoba. While the tiger is the star attraction, these forests are also home to leopards, Asiatic wild dogs, Indian bison and over 350 species of birds. Pench, famously known as Kipling Country, inspired Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book.

Day 1 Delhi
Arrive in Delhi and transfer to your airport hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Delhi to Pench
Early morning transfer to Delhi Airport for your flight to Nagpur. On arrival, drive to Pench National Park and check in at your lodge.

Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3 Pench
Morning and afternoon safaris in Pench National Park by private jeep.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge.

Day 4 Pench to Tadoba
After breakfast, drive to Tadoba National Park (170 km / approx. 3.5 hours). On arrival, check in at your lodge.

Day 5 Tadoba
Morning and afternoon safaris in Tadoba National Park by private jeep..

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge.

Day 6 Tadoba to Mumbai
After breakfast, drive to Nagpur Airport (110 km / approx. 2.5 hours) for your flight to Mumbai.

On arrival, transfer to your airport hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 Departure
In time, transfer to Mumbai International Airport for your 7DAYS onward flight.

This journey includes 5 nights’ accommodation on a room + breakfast basis; all transfers, inter-city journeys, tours and excursions by
air-conditioned private car; professional English-speaking guides (other languages available at a supplement); and all applicable taxes
