      You must have at least 8 years domain experience and qualifications 
      appropriate to hold a leadership position. Previous experience in a team 
      leader role, in outbound sales, motivating, leading and coaching a team, 
      is required. Your motivation skills will be second to none, and your 
      ability to lead with energy and charisma will be essential in this fast 
      paced environment. In a department where things can change quickly to suit 
      the needs of the business, your flexible approach and quick thinking will 
      put you in an excellent position to excel and progress. 
      The key responsibilities of the role would include: 
        - Setting up and starting the full leisure 
        operations.
 
        - Developing and implementing processes to 
        ensure compliance with company policies/ procedures and continual 
        process improvement for outbound tours.
 
        - Providing strategic and operational 
        leadership for all outbound tours.
 
        - Work on ongoing development of the 
        programme from itinerary level through to delivery overseas and to keep 
        the programme in line with market requirements, suitability and company 
        aims.

      REQUIREMENTS: 
      
        - 
      
      Degree from a recognized and respectable Tourism School 
      in your country. 
      Letter of recommendation from the placement dept. or the dean (or 
      equivalent) of your tourism school.

      Fundamental Computer knowledge is necessary. 
         
        - 
      
      Excellent customer handling skills. 
         
        - 
      
      Must be proficient in VERBAL AND WRITTEN Language 
      (English and your native language). 
         
        - 
      
      Willingness to work in a foreign country and have an 
      open-mind towards cultural differences. 
         
        - 
      
      Hardworking, interested in both detail and the larger 
      picture, willingness to learn, methodical, and determined;

      Pleasant and easy-going in character. 
         
       
      
      COSTS: 
      
        - 
      
      The current internship compensation is Rs. 22500 per 
      month (approx. USD 435 per month) AFTER all taxes. 
         
        - 
      
      Accommodation, International flight ticket has to be 
      arranged by the intern. Creative will assist the selected intern to find 
      suitable accommodation near the office. 
         
       
      
      HOW TO APPLY: 
      
      
      The duration of the contract would be 12 months (1 
      year). This position is not meant to be a long-term employment 
      contract but is an internship position for 1 year (extendable in special 
      cases on approval from the management).
