  Spinach and Yogurt Dip
   
  Ingredients:

• 250 gms spinach leaves
• 250 gms plain yogurt
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon ground roasted cumin seeds
• Chilli powder to taste

Method of Preparation:

• Cut the spinach finely and blanch it in hot water and let it cool.
• In a medium bowl, beat the yogurt into a smooth consistency. Add the spinach leaves and mix well.
• Add salt to taste and add cumin seeds and chilli powder.
• Serve cool.
