             Method :

              In a microwave safe bowl, add the gram 
              flour and ghee and mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, 
              stirring after every 1 minute

              Reduce the power to 70% and microwave 
              for another minute stirring once after 30 seconds. Remove and let 
              the mixture cool completely.  
              - 
              
              Add the cardamom powder and sugar and 
              mix well.  
              - 
              
              Divide into 10 equal portions and shape into Laddoos.

              Cooking time : 4 minutes
