The cuisines and culture of India are as varied as its people. In this session we will attempt to summarise the highlights of these two aspects of India, taking you through the different aspects of its cuisines, from regional differences to street markets to the food of the maharajas and showcase where cultural aspects of the country can bring these flavours alive.
